How do I subscribe?
Download Portfio from the App Store or Google Play, then choose a plan from inside the app. Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google directly — we never see your card details.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Tap Subscription in the app's settings to upgrade or downgrade. Apple and Google handle the proration automatically — you'll pay the difference if upgrading, or get credit if downgrading.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Portfio → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Portfio → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I hit my property limit?
The app prompts you to upgrade to the next tier. Your existing data isn't deleted — properties just become read-only above your tier's limit until you upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
You can install the app and add one property for free to see how it works before subscribing.
Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are handled through Apple and Google's standard refund processes. We don't process payments directly so we can't issue refunds ourselves — but Apple and Google generally honour refund requests for unused subscription periods.
Will pricing change?
If pricing changes in the future, existing subscribers will be notified in advance and can choose to cancel before any new rate takes effect.
Is my data really secure?
Yes. Data is stored on Supabase in EU data centres, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data. We never sell or share your property information.
