How do I add a property?

Open the app, tap the + button on the Dashboard or Properties screen, then enter the postcode for autofill or fill in details manually.

How accurate are the valuations?

Indicative only. They combine HM Land Registry sold prices, EPC floor area and regional HPI. Treat them as a guide, not a formal valuation.

Why does my fix-end show in red?

Properties with a fix ending within 90 days are flagged in red on the detail page. That's the window to start shopping for a new product.

How is the Tax position calculated?

Using HMRC's 2025/26 rates. Personal name uses Section 24 (20% interest credit). Limited company uses corp tax with marginal relief plus optional dividend extraction.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Settings → Privacy & Data → Export CSV. Downloads every property plus a totals row.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

What's the Portfolio Pulse score?

A 0–10 health score across five components: leverage, interest cover, refinance pressure, rate exposure and concentration. Tap it on the Dashboard for a full breakdown.
